One to one yoga sessions offer a personalised practice.  The private sessions are adapted to your body, pace and life. They are particularly suited to beginners, people managing stress or anyone who prefers an individual approach. 

About

My name is Rosie Nightingale.  I don't teach yoga as a performance or a pursit of the "ideal" pose. I teach it as a practical way to support yourself in real life. My classes are grounded in an understanding of the mind-body connection. You do not have to be flexible, experienced or "good at yoga" to belong here. In each class we work with mindful movement, breath. stillness and gentle challenge. The emphasis is on meeting your body and mind where they are. Options are always offered and listening to your body is encouraged. Over time this practice helps builds awareness, regulation and self-compassion that gradually moves  beyond the mat. My hope is you leave class feeling calmer, more grounded and confident. ​

200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training- Barefoot Body 2025

MBBCH- Cardiff University 2020

BSc 1st Class Psychaitry in Medicine - Cardiff University 2016
